お申込みの前に知って欲しいこと Before the apply
Come on UPのシェアハウスは自律した人同士が生活していく中で、互いに影響しあって成長していく場で あることをコンセプトとしています。 一人一人が責任と良識を持った上で、日常の事は住人同士で 話し合いつつ、シェア生活を楽しんでいます。ハウスメイトたちと、快適なシェア生活を送るために、以下の３つをルールとしています。
The concept behind Come on UP share houses is to bring together independent individuals and give them the opportunity to grow through interacting with one another. We aim to create an environment in which residents can happily live and talk together with both a sense of responsibility and good will. To ensure the comfort of each tenant we expect them to abide by three principles:)

担当より日程調整をさせていただき、お部屋をご案内します。
We will schedule an opportunity for you to view the house and look at the room in question.

入居契約

※ 手数料不要：1年間契約。お互い希望が合えば再契約可能（手数料等なし）。

To sign the occupancy agreement you require a copy of your ID, a stamp seal and enough money to cover the agreed upon initial costs.

さあ、新しいシェアライフのはじまりです！
You are now ready to star new share house-life
毎月の費用 monthly payment
家賃 rent＋ 水道光熱費等預かりutility 10,000円
※水道光熱費等には、ガス、水道、電気、インターネット、専門チャンネルテレビ、共用消耗品等（共用設備の電球、台所洗剤、スポンジ、お風呂洗剤、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュなど、各家で決めた共用で使用するもの）が含まれます。
Gas, water, electricity, internet, tv, perishables(light globes, washing materials, sponge, toilet paper, tissue, things that the household would decided to use) are included in utility.
※毎月10,000円をお預かりし、実際にかかった費用を住人全員で日割りにて均等に折半します。
We keep ¥10,000 every month, and all the residents pay the equally divided actual cost.
初期費用 Initial cost
1．保証金（デポジット deposit）：家賃1か月分 one months rent
基本的には、退去時に全額返金します。入居から１年未満での退去の場合は、デポジットから30,000円を引いてお返しします。
（他の部屋、他のCome on UPハウスへ移動される場合は不要です。）
When you move out, we will give you back all of the deposit. If you move out in less than a year, we will give you back your rent minus ¥30,000. (When you change your room to another comeonup house, we will keep the deposit.)
